We Made It!

4 The Endorphins lasted a full year and I'm so excited about where we are going! I am a walking testimony that all you have to do is try. As I said in my very first blog post, I never had dreams of being my own boss. It never even crossed my mind that one day I would be running my own business! Yet, here I am encouraging you guys as best I know how and figuring this thing out one day at a time.

4 The Endorphins has been a journey of overcoming my mindset and pushing others to do the same. It's been a path to both mental and physical health. It has been a dialog of topics that not everyone is comfortable talking about. Yet, it's still here. I didn't close its virtual doors.

I'm not going to lie to you guys and act like I know what I am doing because I don't. I got my Bachelor's and Master's in Computer Science, not Business. I know nothing about branding, marketing, personal training, or nutrition. I'm an average girl that is just interested in a topic who took a fitness hobby and my personal experience and ran with it. It was my personal experience that pushed me to turned everything that I have learned thus far into 4 The Endorphins... a brand that not only opens a dialog on mental illness, but encourages people to become active. However, I am learning everything I can to make sure I am helping those as best I can.

There is so much more to come! I have so many ideas! God is making my vision even bigger and I am super excited to see where it takes me. I know it won't be easy, but I now know I have a community that supports this vision. I appreciate each and every one of you. You are the reason 4 The Endorphins keeps pushing. There has been times that I wanted to give up, but I would receive a DM asking why I haven't posted. THOSE reminders is what puts me in check and reminds me why I started. Thank you!

Please continue to pray over me and this business as I strive to make a difference in this world. I love you guys! Keep Pushing!
