Refund policy
Returns/ Exchanges
All return/exchange requests must submitted within 14 days of receiving your shipment. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds. All returns/exchanges must have a valid reason such as size or defect.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Each item must have the original tags attached and be unworn as well as unwashed.

Gift cards
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. Please allow 3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange to be processed dependent on the volume of returns at that time.
If a product in your order is out of stock, you will automatically be refunded for the purchase price of that item. Store credits are issued with a code that will be emailed to your email address associated with the order.
You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns/exchanges. If your item is defective, we will issue you a return prepaid label and waive the fee on the return shipping for the new item.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 4theendorphins@gmail.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit code will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit code to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
