Y’all! I’m officially a Certified Wellness Coach!
I passed my NASM exam, and honestly? It still feels a little unreal. Like—me?? The girl who’s been figuring it out one day, one meltdown, and one deadlift at a time? The girl that battles anxiety and depression? The girl that had a vision, but didn't know how to bring it to fruition? Yeah, her. Talk about God's blessings & timing! 🙌🏾
But let’s talk about what this really means — not just for me, but for us.
For Me 💭
Getting this certification wasn’t about adding another title next to my name. It was about alignment. About finally putting structure behind what I already knew deep down — that wellness is so much more than green smoothies and gym selfies.
It’s mindset. It’s boundaries. It’s crying in your car, but still getting up and doing the work anyway.
Now, I’ve got the credentials and tools to bring even more intention into what I share. This isn’t about becoming “that coach” who tells you to wake up at 5am and meditate. It’s about helping you find what actually works for you.
For You 💪🏽
Here’s the part I’m excited about — this means I can serve you better. Like, really better.
You can expect:
✨ Real talk about what it looks like to build healthier habits without hating your life.
✨ Tools and coaching that meet you where you are — whether you’re thriving or just trying not to lose it.
✨ Deeper convos about stress, mindset, and healing — the messy kind that no one posts about, but we all go through.
And soon, I’ll be opening up coaching spots for those of you who want to take this beyond posts and DMs. One-on-one, face-to-face (if you want), we’re gonna do the work together.
What’s Next
Honestly? This is just the start. I’m stepping into this new chapter with so much gratitude and energy — because it’s not just my win. It’s ours.
You’ve been showing up, sharing your stories, and reminding me why I started “4 The Endorphins” in the first place — to remind people that healing is hard, growth is awkward, but joy still lives here.
So yeah… your wellness coach is certified now. But don’t worry — I’m still me. Still figuring it out, still cracking jokes, still choosing progress over perfection every day.
Here’s to what’s next — together. 💚🖤
Embrace the journey. Defy the odds. Keep pushing.
